     Margaret de Peyster was born on 10 September 1749 at New York, NY.1 She married James Blanchard, son of Col. Joseph Blanchard and Rebecca Hubbard, circa 1783 at New York, NY.1 Margaret de Peyster died circa 1796 at New York, NY; under the name Blanchard, from yellow fever.2

     Elizabeth Treadwell was buried at Truro Cemetery, Truro, NS.1 She was born circa 1738 at probably Portsmouth, NH.2 She married Jotham Blanchard, son of Col. Joseph Blanchard and Rebecca Hubbard, on 10 November 1766 at Middleton, MA.3 Elizabeth Treadwell died on 5 January 1811 at Truro, NS; aged 72y, under the name Blanchard.4,2
     The will of Jacob Treadwell of Portsmouth, dated 1769 May 18, left property to daughter Elizabeth Blanchard and grandson John Blanchard.5

     Dorothy Fowle was born on 27 January 1752 at Watertown, MA.2 She was the daughter of Edmund Fowle and Abigail Whitney. Dorothy Fowle was baptized on 2 February 1751/52 at Watertown, MA.3 She married Jonathan Brewer, son of Moses Brewer and Elizabeth Davis, on 30 December 1772 at Watertown, MA; both of Watertown.4,1
     There is some debate over the identity of the groom in this marriage. The Rice Gen'l Register asserts that Dorothy married the uncle of this Jonathan, but the elder Jonathan seems to have had only one wife.
