     Abigail Dudley was buried at North Cemetery, Wayland, MA.¹ Marriage banns for Abigail Dudley and Paul Loker were published on 29 November 1799 at East Sudbury (Wayland), MA.¹ Abigail Dudley died on 19 March 1848 at Wayland, MA; aged 68y, under the name Loker, from dropsy, but, although the town records and her own gravestone agree she was the wife of Paul Loker, the records of the Evangelical Trinitarian Church of Wayland show her as wife of John Loker and show another Abigail dying in 1836 as wife of Paul. There does not seem to have been a John Loker in her age bracket.¹

     Ebenezer H. Phillips had an attack of paralysis and amnesia at the age of 50. After three years of incapacity, his physical condition began to mend, but his memory was still gone. He determined to regain the knowledge of medicine from books, but his memory suddenly returned after several months of study. He then resumed his practice and continued for many years.¹ He resided at Charlton, MA.¹ He studied medicine with Dr. Babbitt of Sturbridge.¹

     Rachel Phillips was born on 25 June 1758 at Sturbridge, MA, under the name Philips.^1,2 She was the daughter of Jonathan Phillips and Rachel Humphrey.      John Phillips was born on 29 June 1760 at Sturbridge, MA.^1,2 He was the son of Jonathan Phillips and Rachel Humphrey. John Phillips died in 1864 at Sturbridge, MA; although the Fiske diary shows the death of Dea. John Phillips on 29 June 1826, aged 66, there is no confirming entry in the Sturbridge vital records, and one hopes that the votes cast by John Phillips from 1828 through 1860 were the act of a living person.^1,2
     John Phillips voted in US elections from that of Washington to that of Lincoln, and the town of Sturbridge entered this fact in the town records 'as a lasting memorial to his undying patriotism.' President Lincoln himself wrote John a note thanking him for his vote.² He was deacon of the Baptist Church at Sturbridge.²
