Thomas Drury was born on 26 April 1747 at Hollis, NH.2,3 He was the son of Capt. Zedekiah Drury and Hannah Flagg. Thomas Drury married Martha Knowlton, daughter of Abraham Knowlton and Martha Lamson, on 11 September 1769 at Shrewsbury, MA; listed as Thomas of Temple, NH.4,5,3,1 Thomas Drury died on 3 December 1809 at Shelburne, MA.6
The marriage identification is uncertain, as Thomas is such a common name. For example, there was another Thomas Drury born in 1747 (second cousin of this one) who lived in what became Auburn, Mass. That other Thomas is believed to have married Experience Butler. In any case, this identification hinges on Thomas' being described as 'of Temple' at the time of the marriage.5,3,1
