     Stephen Bartlet Goodhue married Esther Pike, daughter of Daniel Pike and Sarah Kendall, on 30 December 1781 at Dunstable, NH; listed as Stephen of Hollis and Esther of Dunstable.^1,2

     Martha Knowlton was born on 24 July 1748 at Shrewsbury, MA.² She was the daughter of Abraham Knowlton and Martha Lamson. Martha Knowlton married Thomas Drury, son of Capt. Zedekiah Drury and Hannah Flagg, on 11 September 1769 at Shrewsbury, MA; listed as Thomas of Temple, NH.^2,3,4,1 Martha Knowlton died on 7 June 1812 at Shelburne, MA; under the name Drury.⁵
     The marriage identification is uncertain, as Thomas is such a common name. For example, there was another Thomas Drury born in 1747 (second cousin of this one) who lived in what became Auburn, Mass. That other Thomas is believed to have married Experience Butler. In any case, this identification hinges on Thomas' being described as 'of Temple' at the time of the marriage.^3,4,1

     Joseph Richardson was born on 21 July 1747 at Townsend, MA.¹ He was the son of Nathaniel Richardson and Elizabeth Stevens. Joseph Richardson married Hannah Drury, daughter of Capt. Zedekiah Drury and Hannah Flagg, in 1770.^2,3 Joseph Richardson died on 18 August 1843.

     Caleb Winch was born on 26 September 1744 at Framingham, MA.^2,1 He was the son of Thomas Winch Jr and Elizabeth Drury. Caleb Winch married Mehitable Maynard, daughter of Joseph Maynard and Abigail Jennings, in 1768.¹ Caleb Winch died in 1826 at Fitzwilliam, NH.^3,4

     Capt Isaac Clarke was born circa 1666 at Maine.² He married Sarah Stow, daughter of Samuel Stow and Elizabeth Stone, in 1691.² Capt Isaac Clarke died on 26 May 1768 at Framingham, MA; aged 102y.³ He was buried at Church Hill Cemetery, Framingham, MA.³

     Sarah Stow was born on 11 February 1673/74 at Concord, MA, (literally 1673).² She was the daughter of Samuel Stow and Elizabeth Stone. Sarah Stow married Capt Isaac Clarke in 1691.³ Sarah Stow died on 17 May 1761 at Framingham, MA; aged 88y, under the name Clark.⁴ She was buried at Church Hill Cemetery, Framingham, MA.⁴

     Obadiah Ward was born on 18 September 1672 at Marlborough, MA.² He was the son of Lt. Obadiah Ward and Mary (?). Obadiah Ward married Elizabeth Flood on 12 December 1711 at Marlborough, MA.^2,3

     Thomas Drury Jr was born on 12 January 1720/21 at Framingham or maybe Grafton, MA.^2,3,4 He was baptized on 12 January 1720/21.⁵ He was the son of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Thomas Drury Jr married Elizabeth Brooks, daughter of Ebenezer Brooks and Sarah Fletcher, on 27 November 1746 at Grafton, MA.^6,7 Thomas Drury Jr died on 3 November 1778 at Ward (Auburn), MA; (died at Oxford per Rice Gen'l Register) aged 58y.^2,8 He was buried at Center Cemetery, Auburn, MA.⁹
     (Rice Gen'l Register indicates that there were twins, born circa 1762, both died young, but also notes that they were the children of Elijah and Sarah).¹⁰

     Sarah Drury was born on 13 October 1723 at Grafton, MA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Sarah Drury married Joel Brooks, son of Ebenezer Brooks and Sarah Fletcher, on 26 October 1743 at Shrewsbury, MA; both of Grafton.^1,3 Sarah Drury died on 10 January 1779 at Grafton, MA; aged 55y, under the name Brooks.^4,5 She was buried at Old Cemetery, Grafton, MA.⁴

     Abigail Drury married Phineas Newton, son of Obadiah Newton and Abigail (?); they were thought to have had 13 children. None were recorded in the Grafton, MA vital records. Abigail Drury was born on 16 December 1725 at Grafton, MA.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark.

     Rachel Drury was born on 11 October 1728 at Grafton, MA.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Rachel Drury married Simon Brooks, son of Ebenezer Brooks and Sarah Fletcher, on 22 October 1747 at Shrewsbury, MA.^1,4 Rachel Drury died in 1816 at Alstead, NH.

     Thankful Drury was born on 25 November 1730 at Grafton, MA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Thankful Drury married Bezaleel Stearns, son of John Stearns and Deliverance Bigelow, circa October 1749.¹

     Elijah Drury was born on 19 July 1734 at Grafton, MA.^2,3,4 He was the son of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Elijah Drury married Sarah Stow, daughter of Deacon Abner Stow and Mary (?), on 11 December 1760 at Grafton, MA.^5,6 Elijah Drury died on 10 June 1797 at Grafton, MA; aged 63y.^7,8 He was buried at Old Cemetery, Grafton, MA.⁷

     Lt Col Luke Drury was born on 11 March 1736/37 at Grafton, MA.^1,2,3 He was the son of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Lt Col Luke Drury married 1st Lydia Sherman, daughter of Ephraim Sherman and Thankful Temple, on 26 July 1759 at Grafton, MA.^2,4 Marriage banns for Lt Col Luke Drury and Mary Howland were published on 3 January 1795 at Grafton, MA; Mary of Jamestown, Rhode Island.^2,4 Lt Col Luke Drury died on 1 April 1811 at Marlborough, MA; aged 74y.^5,1,6 He requested to be buried among the graves of his relatives and friends in the place of his nativity.¹
     Lt Col Luke Drury was in the military circa 1776 leading the Grafton Minutemen to Concord and Lexington on the 19th of April, 1775. He enlisted a company, received a commission from the Committee of Safety, and joined the forces at Cambridge in the Regt. of Col Jonathan Ward, and was with his company in the battle of Bunker Hill, and subsequently commissioned Lt. Colonel.¹

     Benjamin Drury was born on 10 April 1743 at Grafton, MA.^1,2 He was the son of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark. Benjamin Drury died on 2 January 1752 at Grafton, MA.^1,3

     Manoah Drury was born on 30 November 1746 at Grafton, MA.^1,2,3 He was the son of Thomas Drury and Mary Ward. Manoah Drury married Martha Sherman, daughter of Ephraim Sherman and Thankful Temple, circa 1772.⁴
     Manoah Drury resided at Walpole, NH.⁵ He was in the military circa 1776 serving in the American Revolutionary War.

     Mary Drury was born on 23 February 1748 at Grafton, MA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury and Mary Ward. Mary Drury died on 5 December 1751 at Grafton, MA.^1,3

     Elisabeth Drury was born on 13 September 1750 at Grafton, MA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury and Mary Ward. Elisabeth Drury died on 25 November 1751 at Grafton, MA.^1,3

     Elizabeth Brooks was born on 25 June 1730 at Concord, MA.² She was the daughter of Ebenezer Brooks and Sarah Fletcher. Elizabeth Brooks married Thomas Drury Jr, son of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark, on 27 November 1746 at Grafton, MA.^3,4 Elizabeth Brooks died in 1807.
     Her name was evidently a source of confusion to the minister at Grafton. At least four of her children (Thomas, Benjamin, Molly, and Susanna) were entered in the church records at baptism as children of 'Thomas and Abigail'. Two of those were also recorded in the town birth records with the correct mother's name.⁵ She may have remarried in Auburn, 12 September 1779 to Samuel Hubbard of Holden, but direct descendants disagree.⁶

     Ebenezer Brooks was born on 14 February 1691/92 at Concord, MA.² He was born circa 1700. He married Sarah Fletcher on 18 November 1714 at Concord, MA; both of Concord.³ Ebenezer Brooks died on 5 April 1768 at Grafton, MA; aged 77y.⁴ He was buried at Old Cemetery, Grafton, MA.⁴

     Sarah Fletcher was born on 19 May 1690 at Concord, MA.¹ She married Ebenezer Brooks on 18 November 1714 at Concord, MA; both of Concord.² Sarah Fletcher died on 22 April 1775 at Grafton, MA; aged 85y, under the name Brooks.³ She was buried at Old Cemetery, Grafton, MA.³

     Major Thomas Drury was born on 21 December 1747 at Grafton, MA, (2 December per Rice Gen'l Register p. 64).^2,3,1 He was the son of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks. Major Thomas Drury married Experience Butler.¹ Major Thomas Drury died on 6 July 1836 at Ward (Auburn), MA; aged 90y.^4,5
     A different Thomas Drury was also born in 1747, but in NH.³

     Sarah Drury was born on 22 March 1750/51 at Grafton, MA.^1,2,3 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks. Sarah Drury married Abel Wesson, son of John Wesson and Ruth Death, on 27 May 1767 at Grafton, MA.^1,4 Sarah Drury died on 31 July 1835 at Grafton, MA; aged 86y, under the name Wesson.⁵

     Elizabeth Drury was born on 23 October 1754 at Grafton, MA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks.

     Dr Benjamin Drury was born in 1758, as calculated from his gravestone. He was the son of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks. Dr Benjamin Drury was baptized on 23 April 1758 at Grafton, MA; listed as son of Thomas and Abigail Jr, probably in error.^2,3,1 Marriage banns for Dr Benjamin Drury and Elizabeth Learned were published on 1 October 1781 at Oxford, MA; Dr. Benjamin of Frances Town.^1,4 Dr Benjamin Drury died on 29 June 1843 at Spencer, MA; aged 85y, from old age, a widower.⁵ He was buried at Old Cemetery, Spencer, MA.⁶

     Molly Drury was baptized on 27 July 1760 at Grafton, MA; registered as the daughter of 'Thomas Jr. and Abigail.^1,2' She was the daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks. Molly Drury married Daniel Converse on 5 September 1778 at Charlton, MA.^3,1 Molly Drury died on 2 August 1808 at Spencer, MA; under the name Convers.⁴

     Susanna Drury was born on 2 June 1763 at Grafton, MA, listed as daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth, even though the baptism record shows the mother as Abigail.^2,1 She was the daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks.

     Achsa Drury was born after 1763 at Grafton, MA, (not found in the published records).¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks. Marriage banns for Achsa Drury and Samuel Watson 2d were published on 17 January 1807 at Leicester, MA; listed as Achsa of Ward.² Achsa Drury married Samuel Watson 2d on 17 February 1807 at Ward (Auburn), MA; listed as Samuel of Leicester.^3,1

     Experience Butler was born circa 1744, as calculated from her death record. She married Major Thomas Drury, son of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks.¹ Experience Butler died on 2 December 1834 at Ward (Auburn), MA; aged 90y, under the name Drury.^2,3

     Abel Wesson was baptized on 9 June 1745 at Grafton, MA.² He was the son of John Wesson and Ruth Death. Abel Wesson married Sarah Drury, daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks, on 27 May 1767 at Grafton, MA.^1,3 Abel Wesson died on 11 November 1825 at Grafton, MA; at age 80.⁴

     John Wesson was born between 1 December 1711 and 1712 at Framingham, MA.¹ He married Ruth Death, daughter of John Death and Waitstill Vose, on 22 January 1740 at Sherborn, MA; listed as John of Framingham.^2,3

     Ruth Death was born on 20 April 1721 at Sherborn, MA.^1,2 She is the daughter of John Death and Waitstill Vose. Ruth Death married John Wesson on 22 January 1740 at Sherborn, MA; listed as John of Framingham.^1,2

     Elizabeth Learned was born on 14 June 1762 at Oxford, MA.² She was the daughter of Capt. Jeremiah Learned and Elizabeth Hunt. Elizabeth Learned was baptized on 11 July 1762 at Oxford, MA.² Marriage banns for Elizabeth Learned and Dr Benjamin Drury were published on 1 October 1781 at Oxford, MA; Dr. Benjamin of Frances Town.^1,3 Elizabeth Learned died on 5 July 1820 at Spencer, MA; aged 60 (sic) under the name Drury.⁴ She was buried at Old Cemetery, Spencer, MA.⁵

     Daniel Converse was born circa 1757 at Charlton, MA, (not found in the published records). He married Molly Drury, daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks, on 5 September 1778 at Charlton, MA.^1,2 Daniel Converse died on 25 July 1814 at Spencer, MA.³

     Marriage banns for Samuel Watson 2d and Achsa Drury were published on 17 January 1807 at Leicester, MA; listed as Achsa of Ward.¹ Samuel Watson 2d married Achsa Drury, daughter of Thomas Drury Jr and Elizabeth Brooks, on 17 February 1807 at Ward (Auburn), MA; listed as Samuel of Leicester.^2,3
     Samuel Watson 2d adopted the middle name Dexter in 1819.¹ He was also known as Samuel Dexter Watson.

     Joel Brooks was born on 14 July 1720. He was the son of Ebenezer Brooks and Sarah Fletcher. Joel Brooks married Sarah Drury, daughter of Thomas Drury and Sarah Clark, on 26 October 1743 at Shrewsbury, MA; both of Grafton.^1,2 Joel Brooks and Mary Stow married 2nd on 23 August 1779 at Grafton, MA, Widow Mary Hall.³ Joel Brooks died on 11 May 1811 at Grafton, MA; aged 90y.^4,5 He was buried at Old Cemetery, Grafton, MA.⁶

Sarah Brooks married John Prentice, son of Rev Solomon Prentice and Sarah Sawtel, on 8 December 1763 at Grafton, MA.^1,3 Sarah Brooks died on 13 March 1779 at Ward (Auburn), MA; aged 34y, under the name Prentice.⁴ She was buried at Center Cemetery, Auburn, MA.⁴
