Eunice Goodenow1

     Eunice Goodenow was born circa 1745, as calculated from her death record. The Rice Gen'l Register incorrectly specifies a birth in 1738 and the parents to go with it, based on an entry in the Sudbury vital records, but that older Eunice married William Dunn instead.2 She married Asher Cutler Jr, son of Asher Cutler and Rebecca Wood, on 15 January 1767 at Sudbury, MA.3,4 Eunice Goodenow died on 12 October 1812 at East Sudbury (Wayland), MA; aged 67y, under the name Cutler, from consumption.5

     William Moore married Abigail Wheeler.1 William Moore was born on 18 December 1748 at Sudbury, MA, under the name Moor.2,1 He was the son of Abijah Moore and Eunice Gibbs.2 William Moore was baptized on 25 December 1748 at First Parish Church, Sudbury, MA.3
     It is unclear whether it was this William or his namesake uncle (RIN 4192) who married an Abigail Wheeler. It was probably not both, though that remains conceivable. Pending resolution of this question, we retain both marriages, as presented in the Rice Gen'l Register, and we similarly assign the children of William and Abigail to the uncle.1
