This is very unlikely as we have birth dates for children born to Asaph and Lucy as early as 1771.^2,4 Thankful Clough died on 16 February 1782 at Westminster, MA; aged 43y, under the name Rice.^2,5 She was buried at Old Cemetery, Westminster, MA.⁵
