She was born 11 Mar 1702/3, (shown as 11 May 1703 by the secondary sources) at Watertown, MA^{34 {2:30},2 {p62},30,32}, died 29 Nov 1775, aged 70y 8m 11d (sic, but gathered from an unspecified secondary source) at Shrewsbury, MA (under the name Drury)^{52,2 {p62},30}, daughter of John FLAGG and Anna EAMES.

She was born 9 Jun 1737 at Marlborough, MA (under the name Gooddel)^3,31, died 21 Jan 1806, aged 70y at Shrewsbury, MA (under the name Drury)^{14 {p37},52 {p249}}, daughter of Enos GOODALE and Mary ANGIER. Caleb DRURY and Sarah GOODALE declared their intention to marry 1 Nov 1756 at Shrewsbury^{52 {p144}}.
ii: Isaac DRURY [QQ209], born 25 Dec 1731 at Shrewsbury^{52,30,2 {p62}}. He died 12 May 1810, aged 78y at Shrewsbury^52,30. He is believed to be the Isaac Drury that was chosen as guardian to Abraham, his nephew, son of Daniel, in 1784 Worcester, MA Probate Court.³¹

He married Lois MUZZY 25 Dec 1754 at Shrewsbury^{2 {p62},52 {p145},30}. She was born about 1735, according to her age at death^{52 {p249}}, died 4 Feb 1785, aged 49y at Shrewsbury (under the name Drury)^{52 {p249}}. They had no children.^{2 {p62}}
iii: Ebenezer DRURY [QQ205], born 17 Jan 1733/34 at Shrewsbury, (not found in the published records)^{2 {p62},14 {p37},177 {p6}}. He died 19 Aug 1818, (8th per Supplement 2 Part 1) at Pittsford, VT^{14 {p37},177 {p6},30,56}. He was buried at Pittsford, in Baptist Cemetery⁵⁶. Occupation: a Magistrate, in Vermont. Great care must be used to separate this Ebenezer Drury from Ebenezer, son of Zedekiah; first marriage to Hannah Keyes may have been 21 Oct 1761.³¹

He married first, Hannah KEYES 24 Oct 1761 at Shrewsbury, MA, (not found in the published records)^{14 {p37},177 {p6}}. She was born 17 Apr 1742 at Shrewsbury^{52,2 {p22},14 {p37},177 {p6}}, died 12 Dec 1777, (14th per Vermont state records), aged 34y at Pittsford, VT (under the name Drury)^{157,14 {p37},177 {p6},56}, was buried at Pittsford, in Baptist Cemetery⁵⁶, daughter of Ebenezer KEYES and Tamar WHEELOCK. DAR Patriot Index, Vol.1, p. 203, lists an Ebenezer Drury, b. 17 January1734, d. 19 August 1818; m. (1) Hannah Keyes, (2) Thankful (?), and (3) Mary Jackson; Minuteman; Pvt; VT; MA.^{14 {p38}} Ebenezer DRURY and Hannah KEYES declared their intention to marry 26 Sep 1761 at Shrewsbury, MA^{2 {22, 62},14 {p37},177 {p6},30,52 {p178}}. They resided in 1776 at Pittsford, VT^{14 {p37}}.

He married second, Thankful SCOTT about 1778^{177 {p6}}. She died 8 Aug 1791, aged 42y at Pittsford (under the name Drury)^{157 {p15},56}, was buried at Pittsford, in Baptist Cemetery⁵⁶.

He married third, Mary JACKSON 28 Feb 1792 at Pittsford, listed as Mercy^{157 {p15},177 {p6}}. She was born in 1751/52, died 12 Feb 1831 (under the name Drury)⁵⁶, was buried at Pittsford, in Baptist Cemetery⁵⁶. She was also known as Mercy.
iv: Sibylla DRURY [QQ210], born 17 Apr 1736 at Shrewsbury, MA^{52,2 {p63},177 {p7}}. She died about 1782 at probably Temple, NH.

She married Capt. Gershom DRURY 2 Sep 1760 at Shrewsbury, MA, listed as Gershom of Hollis, NH^{2 {63, 64},52 {p145},177 {p7},30}. He was born 31 Dec 1739 at Bedford, MA^{148,242 {p372},2 {p64},177 {p7},30}, died after 1800, son of Capt. Zedekiah DRURY and Hannah AXTELL. Occupation: a Constable. He was in the military about 1776, serving in the American Revolution. Only one source notes that Gershom Drury had a second and third marriage.³¹

viii: Abigail DRURY [QQ214], born 8 Feb 1742/43 at Shrewsbury, MA^{52,30,2 {p63}}. She died 6 Oct 1796, aged 52y at Worcester, MA (under the name Adams)⁶⁶. She was buried at Worcester, in Mechanic Street Cemetery⁶⁶. She may have married secondly, 18 May 1775, Westborough, MA, Daniel Warren, Jr. of Westborough, but this was probably a different Abigail Drury.³¹

She married Charles ADAMS Jr 8 Feb 1764 at Shrewsbury, MA, listed as Charles of Worcester and Abigail of Shrewsbury⁷⁰. He was born 13 Jun 1744 at Worcester, MA⁷⁰, died 3 Oct 1813, aged 70y at Worcester⁶⁶, was buried at Worcester, in Mechanic Street Cemetery⁶⁶, son of Charles ADAMS and Priscilla. Charles ADAMS Jr and Abigail DRURY declared their intention to marry 16 Dec 1763 at Shrewsbury, MA, listed as Charles of Worcester^{2 {p63},30,52 {p144}}.

John DRURY [QQ250] (Caleb⁴, Rachel³ RICE, Henry², Edmund¹) , born 18 Jun 1711 at Framingham, MA^{16,2 {19, 63},30}, son of Caleb DRURY and Elizabeth EAMES. Great care must be exercised in separating various John Drurys!! Death date of this John Drury is unknown. Third wife, Abigail Rolf, is uncertain, although a marriage is recorded in the Vital Records of Southborough.³¹ He resided at Natick, MA^{2 {p63}}. He resided at Shrewsbury, MA^{2 {p63}}.

He married first, Anna GLEASON 22 Nov 1733 at Framingham, MA^{2 {19, 63},16 {p270}}. She was born 3 May 1713 at Framingham (under the name Gleeson)^{16,2 {p63}}, died 6 Nov 1766^{2 {p63}}, daughter of John GLEASON and Abigail.

She was born 24 Jul 1748 at Shrewsbury⁵², died 7 Jun 1812 at Shelburne, MA (under the name Drury)¹⁵⁸, daughter of Abraham KNOWLTON and Martha LAMSON. The marriage identification is uncertain, as Thomas is such a common name. For example, there was another Thomas Drury born in 1747 (second cousin of this one) who lived in what became Auburn, Mass. That other Thomas is believed to have married Experience Butler. In any case, this identification hinges on Thomas' being described as "of Temple" at the time of the marriage.^{31,30,2 {p64}}

Thomas DRURY Jr [QQ729] (Thomas⁴, Rachel³ RICE, Henry², Edmund¹) , born 12 Jan 1720/21 at Framingham or maybe Grafton, MA^{16,83,2 {p64}}, son of Thomas DRURY and Sarah CLARK. He died 3 Nov 1778, aged 58y at Ward (Auburn), MA, (at Oxford per Rice Gen'l Register)^{127 {p94},2 {p64}}. He was buried at Auburn, MA, in Center Cemetery¹²⁷. (Rice Gen'l Register indicates that there were twins, born circa 1762, both died young, but also notes that they were the children of Elijah and Sarah.)^{2 {p65}}

He married Elizabeth BROOKS 27 Nov 1746 at Grafton, MA^{2 {19, 64},83 {p196}}. She was born 25 Jun 1730 at Concord, MA^{35 {p129}}, died in 1807, daughter of Ebenezer BROOKS and Sarah FLETCHER. Her name was evidently a source of confusion to the minister at Grafton. At least four of her children (Thomas, Benjamin, Molly, and Susanna) were entered in the church records at baptism as children of "Thomas and Abigail". Two of those were also recorded in the town birth records with the correct mother's name.⁸³ She may have remarried in Auburn, 12 September 1779 to Samuel Hubbard of Holden, but direct descendants disagree.³¹

There is an offset pattern between the town and church records of Grafton, where two successive pairs of daughters with the same names appear, first in the church records and then in the town. The most likely explanation is that the town records were made long afterwards and incorrectly. However, that is far from certain.

She married Ebenezer WADSWORTH 10 Jan 1770 at Grafton^{83 {p175}}. He was born 20 Aug 1745 at Grafton (under the name Wadworth)⁸³, died 24 Oct 1817, aged 71y at Grafton⁸³. The identification of this Ebenezer hinges on the reported age at death. Unfortunately, that age may have been calculated from the wrong birth date because the Grafton vital records show three different Ebenezers from the relevant period: one who appears out of order in the transcription (and may therefore have actually been an Aaron in the original records) and two brothers born in 1746 and 1753, respectively. The naming pattern of this Ebenezer's children gives a nod toward the tentative identification shown here, in that the first four children were named after his wife, his wife's mother, the mother of the tentative Ebenezer, and himself, but that evidence is weak at best. Further research will be necessary to confirm the questionable birth transcription and the age of Ebenezer in life.

Lt Col Luke DRURY [QQ736] (Thomas⁴, Rachel³ RICE, Henry², Edmund¹) , born 11 Mar 1736/37 at Grafton^{83,1 {p14},2 {19, 66}}, son of Thomas DRURY and Sarah CLARK. He died 1 Apr 1811, aged 74y at Marlborough, MA^{83,1 {p14},2 {p66}}. He was in the military about 1776, leading the Grafton Minutemen to Concord and Lexington on the 19th of April, 1775. He enlisted a company, received a commission from the Committee of Safety, and joined the forces at Cambridge in the Regt. of Col Jonathan Ward, and was with his company in the battle of Bunker Hill, and subsequently commissioned Lt. Colonel^{1 {p14}}. He requested to be buried among the graves of his relatives and friends in the place of his nativity.^{1 {p14}}
